The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is fast becoming the recognised standard within the construction industry to demonstrate that an organisation has suitable systems and procedures in place to ensure effective management of health and safety issues.

To demonstrate compliance with CHAS an organisation is required to register on the scheme and then complete a standard questionnaire and most importantly submit documentation to support the application.
